2016

Ardmore, PA

Another Gray-Welburn reunion is in the history books! From June 24th to June 26th we returned north, this time to Ardmore, Pennsylvania: home to a segment of Martha, Nancy, and Sena's descendants. Everything was within short walking distance.

Friday, June 24th...Our Meet & Greet at the PALM Senior Center was open to all descendants. Attendees picked up their 2016 reunion paraphenalia and could see the newly expanded 4-generation family tree banner. Afterward, there was a fun-filled night at Wynnewood Lanes.

Saturday, June 25th...We headed back to the PALM Center for our traditional Hospitality Hangout where we could support our cousin vendors, play cards, and just catch up until meal time. A catered lunch by George Clay was served buffet style (thanks to the volunteer servers!). Afterward, the gathering moved across the street to Ardmore Park where everyone brought their own chairs and even tables. Our DJ entertained us in the shade, while the young ones occupied the playground. Half of the basketball court was used for hoops and the other was taken over by the ladies jumping double dutch barefooted. Thanks you to Kirsten, Beverly, and DonnaRae for the GREAT photos! All photos can be viewed in the 2016 Album here.
